COVID-19 UPDATE 

For the safety of our customers, community and staff, General Quarters will remain temporarily closed to the public until further notice.

 

SHIPPING

We will do our best to fulfill orders as safely and quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days.

Once you receive shipping confirmation, please allow additional time for USPS to scan your shipment and update tracking information. Per the USPS website, Priority Mail packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of COVID-19 pandemic. Two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be returned in-store within 30 days of re-opening. All merchandise must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags attached) and accompanied by an order number. Sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

To return or exchange by mail, do not ship items to the store. Please e-mail service@generalquarters.com for instructions.
