RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased are eligible to be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges within 14 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags attached) and accompanied by an order number.*

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Returns made after 14 days will be subject to store credit only.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase to ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund, less shipping charges.* The original order will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item(s).

 

FINAL SALE

All sale, vintage, altered items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. All sales are final after 30 days. Returns, exchanges and store credit will not be issued on any final sale merchandise. No exceptions.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

* We do not offer shipping labels for returns and exchanges. Return shipping for returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you send the package via traceable carrier with insurance for the full value of the product as we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.
